Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and beauty products can only be returned if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used beauty and cosmetic products.

  • Products with broken hygiene seals.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
